Whats the deal with Estibot?

The more and more I use Estibot.com the more ridiculous it’s result become. Today they peaked at just plain false! I was searching for mothersdaycards.co.uk which is a domain I own to see what valuation they would give it and it came out a $2,700! See here. Fact is there is no way I would get that for it. I bought it for £750 in Dec 2008 which is about $1100 so they are saying it would have doubled in value in over 18 months?
