The SEO effect of 1&1 A Year On
It has been a year since I had my issues with 1&1 Internet and decided to express my dissatisfaction at their service publicly and what I have learned from this saga is that “joe public” also like to get involved when they feel that they have been treated in an unfair manner or experienced poor customer service. Here’s the impact the response to my post had on SEO and social media, resulting in great rankings in the SERPs.
1 and 1 Direct Debit Indemnity
It seems as though 1 and 1 Internet just simply can’t help themselves and have taken yet more money from my account for domain names which I have correctly cancelled, well actually they are domain names which their Transfers Department cancelled on my behalf! › Continue reading
1&1 Issue Three Months In
It has been a few weeks since my last update about my dreaded 1&1 saga and things actually seem to be progressing. Perhaps they are starting to take notice of the 60+ comments to this series of blog posts!
Here is the recent flurry of email communication I have had with 1&1 Internet and details my attempts to cancel a large number of domain names and get a refund for the one they have billed me for AFTER I had transferred them away to DomainMonster.com. And Another Crap Response From 1&1
It appears that 1&1 Internet actually enjoy making themselves look ridiculous. To add insult to injury here’s the email and some other bits that have happened since which are just laughable… › Continue reading
Email to 1&1′s CEO Andeas Gauger
In desperation after receiving what can only be described as the most abysmal customer service experience I have ever encountered, I have yet again had to email 1&1 to try an resolve the issue I have had since the 17th January with their company. This time though it has a different spin. I have copied in 1&1′s CEO Andreas Gauger and included their UK legal and social media departments. Here is a copy of the email I have sent to them and I think you will be able to see my frustration. But I will not stop pursuing this matter until it is satisfactorily resolved. AND 1&1 YOU SHOULD TAKE SERIOUS CONSIDERATION TO THAT. Here is the email. › Continue reading
