Domain name registration reviews
When deciding to monetise my site using domain name registration affiliate programs I kept in mind one very useful “nugget of gold” from an online marketing expert and good friend of mine. I won’t mention his name because when he reads this he’ll know exactly that I referring to him…plus I don’t want to give him a big head. He said to me back at the start of 2009 that reviewing a particular niche on a regular basis will capture that subject from a search engine ranking perspective but more importantly from a captive audience perspective. Captive audiences increase sales converting traffic.
You may remember my series of posts reviewing the Top 10 domain name sales, well I only did this for 5 weeks and still the posts remain well ranked and well linked, referring a steady amount of traffic to my site almost 10 months on.
This is the basis of my new project, reviewing domain name registration companies in the UK, ones who provide both low cost and bulk domain names. I intend to step up my content updates and aim to get one post per day completed. To start with I will review the top 10 companies as listed on the first page of Google for the search term “domain name registration.”
Lets see how we get on from there. Of course my target is to become the No.1 website on this list over the next few months. Watch this space!
