Beware of 1&1 Internet
Another crap response from 1&1 Internet
So only this morning I sent an email to 1&1 copying in their CEO Andreas Gauger and I have had a response from the same customer service agent as before which is simple CRAP. Here it is along with my lengthy response. In my reply I have asked 1&1 to specifically reply to my nine points. Let’s see if they will…with the way they have handled this saga so far I’m not holding my breath. Oh and their Legal Department has yet to respond to any email I have sent to them…DISGRACEFUL. Email to 1&1′s CEO Andeas Gauger
In desperation after receiving what can only be described as the most abysmal customer service experience I have ever encountered, I have yet again had to email 1&1 to try an resolve the issue I have had since the 17th January with their company. This time though it has a different spin. I have copied in 1&1′s CEO Andreas Gauger and included their UK legal and social media departments. Here is a copy of the email I have sent to them and I think you will be able to see my frustration. But I will not stop pursuing this matter until it is satisfactorily resolved. 1&1 Internet Are A Disgrace
There are not many times that I feel the need to publicly demonstrate my dissatisfaction at someone or something, however with 1&1 in this instance I am making a massive exception. The culprit is 1&1 Internet and they are a disgrace to the web hosting and domain name industry. I have been a customer with 1&1 Internet for quite a few years now and never have I been treated so badly, not just by 1 and 1 but by any company I have ever dealt with.
